which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HJU00">Committee on the Judiciary</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Of inquiry directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide certain information relating to enforcement and removal operations.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="traditional" id="H53B89785D63B456092D2606324B51B1F"><section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="HE219268932104926A7E4B14A569725A1"><enum/><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the Secretary of Homeland Security is directed, to the extent that such information is in the possession of the Secretary, to transmit to the House of Representatives copies of documents, emails, charts, or tables, not later than 14 days after date on which this resolution is agreed to, for fiscal year 2021, which refer or relate to the following:</text><paragraph id="HD924A89350AF49BCAEA80A74FBC4C9E1"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Information on custody and case management, including Enforcement and Removal Operations of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement non-detained cases, including—</text><subparagraph id="H0704922D971D40EEAD49BB802CC1E9EF"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the number of aliens enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program by technology type; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H29860578AC294ADCB965F33A2F3FC43B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the absconder rates for aliens enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H7E273DAE887A426D89D4A69ED3339337"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Information on administrative and criminal arrests, including—</text><subparagraph id="H5AA3C6A8C20C48E5B462B1CBA5463C49"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the number of administrative and criminal arrests by the Enforcement and Removal Operations of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, including the number of individuals arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement with criminal convictions or pending criminal charges, disaggregated by the type of crime based on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement system of record by the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Crime Information Center offense codes; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H8BF631D7FA7B424486F5DD8936F7067D"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the number of Enforcement and Removal Operations activities that resulted in criminal arrests and convictions.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HBD758F614289444585A5784338D50D6C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Information on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers, including—</text><subparagraph id="H01036674DF00447F9D2E58BD1CA557CD"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the number of detainers issues by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HF1E9BCF1EDB146B0BBB65D98DF09C941"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the number of individuals subject to detainers with a history of—</text><clause id="H9A7F67EA30814542AB90E11CD973BCEF"><enum>(i)</enum><text>homicide;</text></clause><clause id="H7A288D7C935845F0AE19B424B335CA2A"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>kidnapping;</text></clause><clause id="HF870103C6CA34C2E935641DDB80DE006"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>robberies;</text></clause><clause id="H00D583B63CD342809C74FFA67403C422"><enum>(iv)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">assaults;</text></clause><clause id="H465257212FAE46BDA1D5A40EB86CD8BA"><enum>(v)</enum><text>sex crimes; and</text></clause><clause id="H0E1AC0632DED4B69BB6A0D18C0189C60"><enum>(vi)</enum><text>crimes against children.</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H52C3F067A1A44578B9622831F11ABAB8"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Information on removals, including—</text><subparagraph id="HF4EB6009F05043C6AE4CF43E4A51E6B3"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the number of removals conducted by Enforcement and Removal Operations of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6C6E54DB06114B9D98FF699339229D06"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the percentage of individuals removed who had criminal convictions or pending criminal charges;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H9A24C88F93FF4F279020CE0C915E3F41"><enum>(C)</enum><text>the number of air charter removals under section 362 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 265 (commonly known as <quote>title 42 expulsions</quote>)) conducted by the Enforcement and Removal Operations of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HFB0824219F614C42AED9D7AF1FA4FA84"><enum>(D)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the number of individuals removed per month.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></section></resolution-body></resolution>
