<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H7FED148281434492A00685EA6C25BE67"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the Administrator of the Small Business Administration is directed to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, memorandum, correspondence, and other communication or any portion of any such communication, created during the period beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on the date of the adoption of this resolution, that refers or relates to the role of the Small Business Administration in determining Federal taxation of small business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/632">15 U.S.C. 632</external-xref>)), including—</text> <paragraph id="H163AF113CC1C40939E9696BF851808E9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>any documents and communications produced by the Administration that assess the economic effects of changes to taxation on small business concerns; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H687DDB2856634A8C9EFC2FDB9EF9F431"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any documents and communications that refer to changes to Federal taxation in H.R. 5376 of the 117th Congress.</text></paragraph></section> </resolution-body></resolution>
