<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H2D838F86122642DC8FCEB66924A84170"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the Administrator of the Small Business Administration is directed to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, memorandum, correspondence, and other communication or any portion of any such communication, that refers or relates to the Small Business Administration ending the acceptance of applications, and the processing of requests for loan increases and for reconsideration, for loans made under section 7(b)(2) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/636">15 U.S.C. 636(b)(2)</external-xref>) pursuant to section 1110 of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009">15 U.S.C. 9009</external-xref>), grants under section 1110(e) of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009">15 U.S.C. 9009(e)</external-xref>), and grants under section 331 of the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009b">15 U.S.C. 9009b</external-xref>), including the following:</text> <paragraph id="HCADE1D5E7AE043A78C47A27E1C2E35A4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>All documents and communications related to notifications sent to individuals and entities that submitted such an application or request in anticipation of the Administration—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H64EDC710018A4122A9E2A98DFBF16B44"><enum>(A)</enum><text>no longer accepting such applications; and</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HE54121066EEE4D0297D3583ADF8764BB"><enum>(B)</enum><text>no longer processing such requests.</text></subparagraph></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H8F026836A64D4DECB76641B48E564750"><enum>(2)</enum><text>A list of all such applications and requests that the Administration had not processed as of May 5, 2022.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H4EBA5BFEE5304F14B127D77EFF8DEB51"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">All communications between the Administration and individuals and entities that properly submitted such a request that the Administration had approved but with respect to which the Administration had not disbursed the funding as of May 5, 2022.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H9A22C50E3E4D45C68BF7C5AE628E815C"><enum>(4)</enum><text>All communications between the Administration and individuals and entities that properly submitted such an application or request that the Administration had not processed as of May 5, 2022.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H15E3327073854D1EB3B34BA4B5D24A4F"><enum>(5)</enum><text>All communications between the Administration and members of Congress, including the offices of such members, that assisted the Administration with processing such an application or request.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H59540BB6DCC04113A83115E5988ED6DC"><enum>(6)</enum><text>All documents and communications of the Administration related to decision of the Administration on how to notify individuals and entities that submitted such an application or request that the Administration would cease accepting such applications and processing such requests.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H426BB835AD1A44D980998352B5CF4A73"><enum>(7)</enum><text>The total dollar amount of funding disbursed each day during the 14-day period ending on May 5, 2022, for—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H089F74C7EB5241ED89F19380C6A3D8B0"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">loans made under section 7(b)(2) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/636">15 U.S.C. 636(b)(2)</external-xref>) pursuant to section 1110 of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009">15 U.S.C. 9009</external-xref>);</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H968C9B641BD6401DB012D1D127C6F54F"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">grants under section 1110(e) of the CARES Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009">15 U.S.C. 9009(e)</external-xref>); and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H233B2BFBFE71425FA99B21F1C40EE75B"><enum>(C)</enum><text>grants under section 331 of the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/9009b">15 U.S.C. 9009b</external-xref>).</text></subparagraph></paragraph></section> </resolution-body></resolution>
