RES. 1263</legis-num><associated-doc role="report" display="yes">[Report No. 117–532]</associated-doc><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20220726">July 26, 2022</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="B001275">Mr. Bucshon</sponsor> submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Committee on Energy and Commerce</committee-name></action-desc></action><action display="yes"><action-date date="20220929">September 29, 2022</action-date><action-desc>Reported adversely from the <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Committee on Energy and Commerce</committee-name>, referred to the House Calendar, and ordered to be printed</action-desc></action><legis-type>RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Of inquiry directing the President to provide certain documents in the President’s possession to the House of Representatives relating to COVID–19 funding.</official-title></form><resolution-body style="traditional" id="HB3F3DFF398A6466282CBAE843B340C71"><section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="HE26DB8D49D0A4DB3AAE566F2E67BDD99"><enum/><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That, not later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, the President is directed to furnish to the House of Representatives copies of any document or communication in the President’s possession that refers or relates to—</text><paragraph id="HBA963D2F08934C4CBF52B21838B2EB34"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the data, modeling, and projections used by the President to develop the COVID–19 supplemental funding request in the spring of 2022, including—</text><subparagraph id="HFFDF02FBECA047D2AF9E12CEFE0601FE"><enum>(A)</enum><text>COVID–19 funding that was available, and not obligated or expended, as of developing such request;</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HF8A068811B354D73B87ECEAF90584C57"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">any projections related to the number of COVID–19 cases and hospitalizations associated with such request; and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H4267F3C81E384072BD7B9D926E325B7A"><enum>(C)</enum><text>any projections for the number of COVID–19 tests, vaccines, and therapeutics to be paid for by the Federal Government;</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HD2BA09E30195435DAD374500A7FD0978"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an accounting of funds that were made available by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/117/138">Public Law 117–138</external-xref>) and have not been obligated or expended; or</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HF374252512D54FDBBFC3306D98A2D199"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an accounting of funds obligated or expended by the executive branch for COVID–19 at-home test kits.</text></paragraph></section></resolution-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date date="20220929">September 29, 2022</action-date><action-desc>Reported adversely from the <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Committee on Energy and Commerce</committee-name>, referred to the House Calendar, and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></resolution>
