<section id="H809516673E5B411D8FF5CD374E03A3CC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Upper Colorado and San Juan River Basins Recovery Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HD232A8C7C7474184AECE9D323106D292"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of authorizations related to fish recovery programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/106/392">Public Law 106–392</external-xref> (114 Stat. 1603 et seq.) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HEF8ED3DB1D3E4AC98E770C0BE982885E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2023</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>2024</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H82190DF6434A42CCA89EC8F4F0566C03"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b)(1), by striking <quote>$179,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$184,000,000</quote>;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H303A154D034A4EB1AB96D131C2B9C83C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in subsection (b)(2) by striking <quote>$30,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$25,000,000</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HE4AEB3DF18D642B7B1E042ECA5D6F3C2"><enum>(4)</enum><text>in subsection (h), by striking <quote>, at least 1 year prior to such expiration,</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
