R. 216</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20210105">January 5, 2021</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="T000468">Ms. Titus</sponsor> introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HII00">Committee on Natural Resources</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To designate a peak in the State of Nevada as Maude Frazier Mountain, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H5E84C92E9D0C4053ABB22C5D58A5EE7E" style="OLC"><section id="H01A408F59F754E3CB1DBDC34B97893D0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of Maude Frazier Mountain in the State of Nevada</header><subsection id="H3CDA15FC8BA249DCB7448C3BE5D43F35"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The peak of Frenchman Mountain located at latitude 36°10′45″ N, by longitude 114°59′52″ W in the State of Nevada shall be known and designated as <quote>Maude Frazier Mountain</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="H8F8CD5AA83FD4F408B2452C6997980A0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the peak referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to <quote>Maude Frazier Mountain</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
