Reg. 85570), or any other rule that restricts public access to the Washington Channel in Washington, DC.</text></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date>May 28, 2021</action-date><action-desc>Committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
