Short title

This Act may be cited as the Plasma Donation Awareness Act of 2020.

Importance of the blood and plasma supply

(a)

In general

Section 3226 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136) is amended—(1)in the section heading after blood by inserting and plasma; and(2)by inserting after blood each time it appears and plasma.(b)

Conforming amendment

The item relating to section 3226 in the table of contents in section 2 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136) is amended to read as follows:Sec. 3226. Importance of the blood and plasma supply..
