Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Public Charge Deportation Act of 2019.

Repeal of public charge ground of deportability

Section 237(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)) is amended— (1)in paragraph (1)(A), by inserting before the period at the end the following: , except in the case of an alien who is inadmissible under section 212(a)(4); and (2)by repealing paragraph (5).
