 <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That the following proposed foreign military sale to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is prohibited:</text> <paragraph id="idd604474b25b94e389af97a6121529405"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The sale of the following defense articles, including defense services and technical data, described in Transmittal No. 19–01, submitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(b) of the Arms Export Control Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2776">22 U.S.C. 2776(b)</external-xref>) and published in the Congressional Record on June 4, 2019: The proposed sale of follow-on logistics support and service for the Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft, engines, and weapons; publications and technical documentation; support equipment; spare and repair parts; repair and return; calibration support and test equipment; personnel equipment; United States Government and contractor technical and logistics support; and other elements of program support.</text></paragraph></section></resolution-body>
