	<legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" id="H17A90E82784B43C98919A411E284FF7B" style="OLC">
 <section id="HCC09C1CFBD174BE58F6E814E598B4938" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fort Frederica National Monument Boundary Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HBE16A632670E49CBAB1493181BAC8344"><enum>2.</enum><header>Fort Frederica National Monument, Georgia</header> <subsection id="H6BFF6C0E6B0840979FF49AB0BF0DBC0F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Maximum acreage</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The first section of the Act of May 26, 1936 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/433g">16 U.S.C. 433g</external-xref>), is amended by striking <quote>two hundred and fifty acres</quote> and inserting <quote>305 acres</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HBCF18378457A47389265FE21D3EAC509"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Boundary expansion</header>
 <paragraph id="HFF0102EC60794AD29B6456D0B4D1B80E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The boundary of the Fort Frederica National Monument in the State of Georgia is modified to include the land generally depicted as <quote>Proposed Acquisition Areas</quote> on the map entitled <quote>Fort Frederica National Monument Proposed Boundary Expansion</quote>, numbered 369/132,469, and dated April 2016.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H8E5DFCA0123A4CF1BF7CF8420EA5AAB4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Availability of map</header><text>The map described in paragraph (1) shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HF9B8D3AF73834AD8B1A4173AD5024F0D"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Acquisition of land</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior may acquire the land and interests in land described in paragraph (1) by donation or purchase with donated or appropriated funds from willing sellers only.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H225758E7F6CC4BADBD6C2EB4D44C5B11"><enum>(4)</enum><header>No use of condemnation or eminent domain</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior may not acquire by condemnation or eminent domain any land or interests in land under this Act or for the purposes of this Act.</text></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
