			 States in and to a parcel of land located in Henderson, Tennessee. </official-title></form>
	<legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause">
 <section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Chester County Reversionary Interest Release Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="idFAB0494A3AC44E089A80E0D31565EF6F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text> <paragraph id="id0F0FB58492B849E8BF0219D85E70BBE6"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The term <quote>Secretary</quote> means the Secretary of Agriculture.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id62F83BF5494C4C10AE65627CF71FAA77"><enum>(2)</enum><header>State</header><text>The term <quote>State</quote> means the State of Tennessee.</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="idD48C7F23D15B4945BFF63FF86BA2E6C0"><enum>(3)</enum><header>State forest land</header><text>The term <quote>State forest land</quote> means the approximately 0.62-acre parcel of land in Chickasaw State Forest that is identified as <quote>State Forest Land</quote> on the map prepared by the Forest Service entitled <quote>State Forest Land Detail Map</quote> and dated October 9, 2018.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id54EB03642E73490EA7DF10E0ADBE9025"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Webb property</header><text>The term <quote>Webb property</quote> means the approximately 0.90-acre parcel of land owned by Kirby and Leta Webb identified as <quote>Webb Property Lot 1</quote> on the map prepared by the Tennessee Division of Forestry entitled <quote>Webb Property Detail Map</quote> and dated October 9, 2018.</text> </paragraph></section><section id="id692D4C74C53A49769664F7B29090220A"><enum>3.</enum><header>Release of reversionary interest</header> <subsection id="ide63dfad86be74398aee9c8b84a14433b"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Release</header><text>To facilitate an exchange of land between the Bethel Baptist Church in Henderson, Tennessee, and the State, the Secretary shall release the reversionary interest of the United States in and to the State forest land described in subsection (b) if, as consideration for the release, the State agrees to transfer to the United States a vested future interest in and to the Webb property that is similar to the reversionary interest described in subsection (b).</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="id72b48d8d968d4c2597f09dddc3917d54"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of reversionary interest</header><text>The reversionary interest referred to in subsection (a) is the reversionary interest of the United States in and to the State forest land that—</text>
 <paragraph id="idc63bf3ff2ac64b739c8b350d3b849f43"><enum>(1)</enum><text>requires that the State forest land be used for public purposes; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="id96a896c1d58e45ea95aa7cfe68fffaa4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>is contained in a deed—</text>
 <subparagraph id="id656ee0eedca24371ae2c64020c261efb"><enum>(A)</enum><text>granting from the United States to the State the State forest land;</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id9B74DAFCF9234896A5C734B0C4FC2E60"><enum>(B)</enum><text>dated August 12, 1955; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id16683f3182ce4a148be8957ca79b93d3"><enum>(C)</enum><text>registered on page 588 of book 48 of the record of deeds for Chester County, Tennessee.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section><section id="ida17ab719eca14be2bba672f15c244f32"><enum>4.</enum><header>Sale of mineral rights</header> <subsection id="id3884abe8b29b47a897d4b4da7fd6c869"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to any valid existing rights of third parties, as soon as practicable after the date on which the Secretary determines that the State has complied with the requirements of subsection (b)(2), the Secretary shall convey to the State the undivided mineral interests of the United States in and to the State forest land.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ida0b6942546f248fe88cb862990e0ea5e"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Terms of conveyance</header>
 <paragraph id="id2DDA3450860B487F9442A7C15A5A1B76"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall determine—</text>
 <subparagraph id="id36d0120a80bd46c89097dafcb8559ad6"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the mineral character of the State forest land; and</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="ida09e58a4dde74777b2a276d336cf9839"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the fair market value of the mineral interests referred to in subsection (a).</text>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="id25fdaf95f5484843964acdd65838af91"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Payment of costs</header><text>As a condition of the conveyance under subsection (a), the State shall pay to the United States—</text> <subparagraph id="id66EE26916FA54436A431E68BCE7D1908"><enum>(A)</enum><text>any administrative costs incurred by the United States in conveying to the State the mineral interests referred to in subsection (a), including the costs incurred by the Secretary in making the determinations required under paragraph (1); and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="id2f66f71f05a644b9b0064ce12508a8c9"><enum>(B)</enum><text>an amount equal to the fair market value of the mineral interests referred to in subsection (a), as determined under paragraph (1)(B).</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
