 <section id="id2EE9E57CC1574449B8D7720FE88AFA08" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Yucca House National Monument Boundary Revision Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="idCD2742D363BA4A0AA20D8195BA92DE80"><enum>2.</enum><header>Yucca House National Monument boundary revision</header> <subsection id="H92F8FEDC107E416CA875C7D21CB66124"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Boundary revision</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The boundaries of the Yucca House National Monument are revised to include the approximately 160 acres of land generally depicted as <quote>Proposed Expansion Tract</quote> on the map entitled <quote>Yucca House National Monument Proposed Boundary Revision</quote>, numbered 318/105,085, and dated August 2010.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="HC31FFA8D4B9F42E68B2EAA10A166B853"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Map</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The map described in subsection (a) shall be on file and available for public inspection in appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H09E2E531FEE848A58546EF956698569E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Acquisition of land</header>
 <paragraph id="id76FDBBA3EF224877BE17C52FA9B958D7"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Method of acquisition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Within the land described in subsection (a), the Secretary of the Interior may acquire land and interests in land by donation.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id120A461A54B14690AA325CF8D9E63B60"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Administrative costs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior may pay any administrative costs of acquiring land and interests in land by donation under paragraph (1) with appropriated funds.</text></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
