 <section id="id46E9C43AC4CF4D628DEFE973721703F5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Pike National Historic Trail Study Act </short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id6B3961431B55465D9C9FEC740A36800E" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Pike National Historic Trail
 study</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5(c) of the National Trails System Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1244">16 U.S.C. 1244(c)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

 Historic Trail</header><text>The Pike National Historic Trail, a series of routes extending approximately 3,664 miles, which follows the route taken by Lt. Zebulon Montgomery Pike during the 1806–1807 Pike expedition that began in Fort Bellefontaine, Missouri, extended through portions of the States of Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, and ended in Natchitoches, Louisiana.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
