			 new physical barrier along the southwest border, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" id="H32C00BF01B8F4D039679B003B5391C09" style="OLC">
 <section id="id6C93EA8A24A94E81A2B3FEF5926ADA94" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Protecting Disaster Relief Funds Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HE7262999759C4F35AEE1BCA47B6A2763"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on use of certain funds for a new physical barrier along the Southwest border</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law—</text>
 <paragraph id="idAFE1CEE42EF74370A40D0B8B4F7E6C47"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">none of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2018 and Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act, 2017 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/56">Public Law 115–56</external-xref>), the Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act, 2017 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/72">Public Law 115–72</external-xref>), the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/123">Public Law 115–123</external-xref>), or the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/254">Public Law 115–254</external-xref>) for activities relating to disaster relief or recovery may be transferred or reprogrammed to plan, develop, or construct a new physical barrier along the southwest border of the United States; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id72F09CD652414A649370F5CE1D8A9955"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">none of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the Corps of Engineers under the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/123">Public Law 115–123</external-xref>) may be transferred or reprogrammed under section 923 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/2293">33 U.S.C. 2293</external-xref>).</text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
