		<section id="id390C823258B74232AC63778A814A5AC6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Permanent reauthorization of Land and Water Conservation Fund</header>
 <subsection id="id3769d2b31d86466285ec2eb2f507154a"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Section 200302 of title 54, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="ide7e69042f70743ad8603406e000c21b2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (b), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking <quote>During the period ending September 30, 2018, there</quote> and inserting <quote>There</quote>; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idebd822ad18784a85a1520f59e2c404e5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (c)(1), by striking <quote>through September 30, 2018</quote>.</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idfe73f1aa0d0a43938640167fbde69012"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Public access</header><text>Section 200306 of title 54, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

 <subsection id="id47c24335cbe34bd6987782fae0779047"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Public access</header><text>Not less than 1.5 percent of amounts made available for expenditure in any fiscal year under section 200303, or $10,000,000, whichever is greater, shall be used for projects that secure recreational public access to existing Federal public land for hunting, fishing, and other recreational purposes.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
