		<official-title>To prohibit the construction of certain elements of a physical barrier along the southern border
			 of the United States in Federal wildlife and wilderness areas and on State
			 land. </official-title>

		<section id="id15A2D05C07FA4D809130A82604F92EB2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Prohibition on construction of certain elements of a physical barrier along the southern border
			 of the United States in Federal wildlife and wilderness areas and on State
 land</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds may be used to design or construct any levee wall, steel bollard fence, or other wall within or on the following:</text>
 <paragraph id="id1b599342e6ca4f82b7a405a5cfd7591f"><enum>(1)</enum><text>A unit of the national wildlife refuge system.</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="idd7e00dc8fdf8460fa1579a9d2dc34120"><enum>(2)</enum><text>A unit of the national wilderness preservation system.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idaaea345b0e8049328a0dbb533f2bc4d4"><enum>(3)</enum><text>A wildlife corridor, as determined by the Secretary of the Interior acting through the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="idDCE284874F8643AF9ACDBDA32A1EB771"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Land owned or under the jurisdiction of a State, unless an appropriate State authority approves the construction in accordance with State law on construction on State land.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body>
