			 Federal jury on account of sexual orientation or gender identity.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause">
 <section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Jury Access for Capable Citizens and Equality in Service Selection Act of 2019</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>Jury ACCESS Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="id9aa353c353af48858529ab18a57d7c06"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exclusion from Federal juries on account of sexual orientation or gender identity prohibited</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1862 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>sexual orientation, gender identity,</quote> after <quote>sex,</quote>.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
