			 carry out an annual information security training program for Members,
			 officers, and employees of the House.</official-title></form>

 <section id="H67DCDBCFACCD46F293B8AA0D390A2620" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Congressional Cybersecurity Training Resolution of 2019</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5F2EA2F6BEB34CDEA9C3658054970A18" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Annual information security training program for House Members, officers, and employees</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Clause 4 of rule II of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H163781AF04A44D2983DD3E4E3FD761F0" style="traditional">
				<subsection id="H40E63B3570B0498383B7E4A1221BD4DC"><enum>(e)</enum>
 <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H7F26CF53AFE84DDD8D02F80305B78647"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The Chief Administrative Officer shall carry out an annual information security training program for Members (including the Delegates and Resident Commissioner), officers, and employees of the House.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H21985F35D2AF41AEA230182FE1D6D7A2" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>A new Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House shall receive training under this paragraph not later than 30 days after beginning service to the House.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H01EE3C92CF0047519455CB991D0113DC" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Not later than January 31 of each year, each officer and employee of the House shall file a certification with the Chief Administrative Officer that the officer or employee completed an information security training program as established by this paragraph.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
