			 recognizing that allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote devalues
			 the franchise and diminishes the voting power of United States citizens.</official-title></form>

 <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HCCE12EBCB1DD4EC3BE3BA6B56BDE51CF" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the House of Representatives—</text> <paragraph id="H5D499F0CE9FB4151BF3E64E60F977B9F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>reaffirms that voting is a fundamental right of all eligible United States citizens, protected by the Constitution and the Fourteenth Amendment; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H0B41CD7C01634077BFB13F8E950236CC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>recognizes that allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote devalues the franchise and diminishes the voting power of United States citizens.</text>
