 <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H671BB04538BA4E829A6C65446282D115" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That clause 2(m)(2) of rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by striking <quote>may administer oaths to witnesses</quote> and inserting <quote>shall administer the following oath to witnesses: <quote>Do you solemnly swear or affirm that the testimony that you are about to give is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?</quote></quote>.</text>
