			 reciprocal immigration treatment to nationals of the United States.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body id="H5E28852548AA421897CE4A3719623FC6" style="OLC">
 <section id="H4B4474978D094F40AA19A4B80131DCB5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Religious Worker Visa Reciprocity Act of 2019</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H881F6AE75B884176A168C207B110E20F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requiring reciprocal immigration treatment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 204(a)(1)(G) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1154">8 U.S.C. 1154(a)(1)(G)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H60AB96EF5E3C4529BF821BE9C9BF5799" style="traditional">
 <clause id="H6D95D102CBE24E60A84C524539C79AEC" indent="up3"><enum>(iii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning on October 1, 2017, no petition may be approved for classification of an alien as a special immigrant under section 101(a)(27)(C) if the Secretary of Homeland Security has determined that the country of the alien’s nationality—</text>
 <subclause id="HB69B92E526BD4C62AEA8428271B565A4"><enum>(I)</enum><text>is identified as a <term>Country of Particular Concern</term> or a country where religious freedom is of significant interest in the 2018 International Religious Freedom Report; or</text>
 </subclause><subclause id="H43F10C003A89443393E21753C07B1845"><enum>(II)</enum><text>does not extend reciprocal immigration treatment to nationals of the United States who are seeking resident status in order to work in a religious vocation or occupation.</text></subclause></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
