Short title

This Act may be cited as the FAA Family and Medical Leave Act.

Family and medical leave for FAA employees

Section 40122(g)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1)in subparagraph (I)(iii), by striking and at the end; (2)in subparagraph (J), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and (3)by adding at the end the following: (K)subchapter V of chapter 63, relating to family and medical leave..
