<section id="H28E29286CD2744A7A7E4A7BE133F3EEC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Clean Up the Code Act of 2019</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> <section id="HF5F518D0E8614042AE5E4C16EAB74652"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeals</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The following provisions of title 18, United States Code, are repealed:</text> 
<paragraph id="HD7723477CC094212BE719BBD24810DDE"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 46 relating to transportation of water hyacinths.</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="H1EEAB5C590EC483FA891B65F84482583"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 511A relating to unauthorized application of theft prevention decal or device.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H0D7160F5377047C6BA9F359B4DE3D2E9"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 707 relating to 4–H club emblem fraudulently used.</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="HA6A90E42C0164CB88FE4243208F8C83B"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 708 relating to Swiss Confederation coat of arms.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H96D0292B81AF450784ED6A0146F33C28"><enum>(5)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 711 relating to <quote>Smokey Bear</quote> character or name.</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="HC3565EC5B39640E5BF427F6B72BB7688"><enum>(6)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 711a relating to <quote>Woodsy Owl</quote> character, name, or slogan.</text> </paragraph>

<subsection id="H29D8524729B8440D91FA1FE4C9648503"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Table of sections for chapter 3</header><text>The table of sections for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/3">chapter 3</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 46.</text> </subsection> <subsection id="H8BC8CE95D1014348ADA7CAFB1E32B682"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Table of sections for chapter 25</header><text>The table of sections for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/25">chapter 25</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 511A.</text> </subsection>
