Short title

This Act may be referred to as the PREP Reauthorization Act of 2019.

Extension of Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP)

Section 513 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 713) is amended— (1)in paragraphs (1)(A) and (4)(A) of subsection (a), by striking 2019 and inserting 2024 each place it appears; (2)in subsection (a)(4)(B)(i), by striking 2019 and inserting 2024; and (3)in subsection (f), by striking 2019 and inserting 2024.
