		<section id="H08852756614041C0B175A0F687FA73CE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of Mount Cleator in the State of Washington</header>
 <subsection id="H8DE8F2229F8C4B3BBBC6F26570B2708B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The 7,630-foot peak located at latitude 48.11516° N, longitude 120.94636° W, in the Glacier Peak Wilderness in the State of Washington, shall be known and designated as <term>Mount Cleator</term>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H8715B20F605E480E92911BB0049656C8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the peak referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to Mount Cleator.</text>
