			 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to extend the supervisory authority of the
			 Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection to include assessing compliance
			 with the Military Lending Act.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body id="HB65642E708F14F53B81C8321AD91FCBB" style="OLC">
 <section id="HAEFE6A66132D4CE78358EF8FC231B3E1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Financial Protection for Our Military Families Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HB95E42D51EF2408891F9BC75093E0F11"><enum>2.</enum><header>Bureau examination authority with respect to Military Lending Act compliance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/5481">12 U.S.C. 5481</external-xref> et seq.) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="HB39AA4F8466C48568193887AD4467DEC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 1024(b)(1)(A), by inserting before the semicolon the following: <quote>and section 987 of title 10, United States Code</quote>;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H7E7670F361664E8EAB4EDCACF21DE1FB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 1025(b)(1)—</text>
 <subparagraph id="HAE0E5437654C4F34AE669CB262C6F939"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (B) and (C) as subparagraphs (C) and (D), respectively; and</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H68202E391B75419FBA981525ED2C0502"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFAEFFAB805144AD7A9F9D50C1DE8F03D" style="OLC">
 <subparagraph id="HA38908FB5A7243FBA14C5EBA1EC4C32A"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">with respect to insured depository institutions, assessing compliance with the requirements of section 987 of title 10, United States Code;</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H2C61EAB54955439E809E075EEADD4E0C"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in section 1026(c)(1), by inserting before the period the following: <quote>and with the requirements of section 987 of title 10, United States Code, of insured depository institutions described in subsection (a)</quote>.</text>
