			 notice of the denial of claims for benefits under the laws administered by
			 the Secretary by certified mail, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="HF1E07445C8DF4DE89382E7BC020DFA1C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Veterans Right to Expediency Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H472D0378DE284746AB64EC95348B058A"><enum>2.</enum><header>Delivery of notice of denial of benefits under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs by certified mail</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5104(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H064480E77E79446EAAF19346A8B3649A" style="USC">
 <subsection id="H915367AE60654944BE5C80426B817CD2"><enum>(c)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In any case where the Secretary denies a benefit sought, the notice required by subsection (a) shall be delivered by certified mail.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
