<section id="H30D6E8398D834B1CB2929E8E258856A7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Agent Orange Exposure Fairness Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H3DE4E1FFB6614028ADA757D2051F74FA" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of authority of Secretary of Veterans Affairs regarding presumptions of service connection for diseases associated with exposure to herbicide agents</header> <subsection id="H9FE314B92EA94A3D9F5DA4AF5CD2E147"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1116(e) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>September 30, 2015</quote> and inserting <quote>September 30, 2025</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H9E94D8FC03194315BB74FAB471B90776"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Treatment of reports received during expired period</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Each report described in section 1116(c)(1)(A) of such title that was received by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs during the period beginning on September 30, 2015, and ending on the date of the enactment of this Act shall be treated, for purposes of such section, as if it were received by the Secretary on the date of the enactment of this Act.</text> </subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
