 <section id="H2C3E28AD8B6B4A9EA27E6CB2D8831762" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Veterans Small Business Enhancement Act of 2018</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HF8E70EE3AD6B41E38A2DFE5FB1810EE0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Access to surplus property for veteran-owned small businesses</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 32 of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/657b">15 U.S.C. 657b</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5974733ABB124715B9849BD0B9761955" style="OLC">
 <subsection id="H22384CBFDF8A4723B791AE24322F5A8A"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Access to surplus property for veteran-Owned small businesses</header><text>The Administrator, in coordination with the Administrator of General Services, shall provide access to and manage the distribution of surplus property and foreign excess personal property returned to a State for handling as surplus property owned by the United States to small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans (as verified by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs under section 8127 of title 38, United States Code) pursuant to a memorandum of understanding between the Administrator, the Administrator of General Services, and the head of the applicable state agency (as defined in section 549 of title 40, United States Code) for surplus properties.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
