		<section id="H1232EFA205C949D9882A235419C89FB9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route</header>
 <subsection id="H3F84DBA4AA244DA18E196922AB00C8F0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Reauthorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 6 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/100/515">Public Law 100–515</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1244">16 U.S.C. 1244</external-xref> note) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="H36E6B0EC549542AFA3673AAEE953153B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking subsection (a);</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HB9C8432A45A143259D3F01D0242B5ED2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (b) and (c) as subsections (a) and (b), respectively;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="HF24FF7FF78264E65BFACF148A2B98DEF"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in subsection (a) (as so redesignated by paragraph (2)), by striking <quote>under subsection (a)</quote> each place that it appears and inserting <quote>to carry out this Act</quote>; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H51EDF5B0FAD94593B2EEBA76CC2F0E67"><enum>(4)</enum><text>in subsection (b) (as so redesignated by paragraph (2)), by striking <quote>2011</quote> and inserting <quote>2025</quote>.</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H5BDA41D33F654D399388DFD69AA893B7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Strategic plan</header> <paragraph id="H3ABB53AFDAC04D7798AC763333033ADB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header> <subparagraph id="H1D89E812779549F984EA7A03CC77336F"><enum>(A)</enum><header>Plan required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 3 years after the date on which funds are first made available after the date of enactment of this Act to carry out <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/100/515">Public Law 100–515</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1244">16 U.S.C. 1244</external-xref> note), the Secretary of the Interior shall prepare a strategic plan for the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route.</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H59B0F181A1924BD5AD10D87B7B8EA780"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Contents</header><text>The strategic plan shall describe—</text> <clause id="HAC4A03E567374558954FD91102268E44"><enum>(i)</enum><text>opportunities to increase participation by national and local private and public interests in the planning, development, and administration of the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route; and</text>
 </clause><clause id="HAF33F67DCC6A417698A403CC515AA371"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>organizational options for sustaining the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route.</text> </clause></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H38CBE62D5D3C470381174D2BA2A72252"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conforming amendment</header><text>Section 703(b) of the National Heritage Areas Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/338">Public Law 109–338</external-xref>; 120 Stat. 1859) is repealed.</text>
