 <section id="H345FD16812E847A7A66E292CE86F2CEB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Online Credit Card Disclosure Act of 2018</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H95409C07505A4B6FAAE89E76CF1A6169"><enum>2.</enum><header>Online payment timing disclosures</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 127(b)(11) of the Truth in Lending Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/1637">15 U.S.C. 1637(b)(11)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="HE24FE7383D9C4477A33F172DC35F14F0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (D)—</text> <subparagraph id="H2E437F0468484F08998F431056AF6546"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in clause (i), by striking <quote>; and</quote> and inserting a semicolon;</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H087FA98025FA4CC9942505748F5501C5"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC356C4B6C6C44AF5BA6C1A7DF345AA3A"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by inserting at the end the following new clause:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6521A5C51ADC41F5A3ACCA61CF82F87D" style="OLC">
 <clause display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2C68B998BF3A4E55B3739C8DB59683F2" indent="up1"><enum>(iii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">if the consumer has an online account with the creditor under the consumer credit plan, be disclosed in a conspicuous and prominent location on an online interface of such creditor on which the consumer selects the amount the consumer will pay, including a webpage or mobile application.</text></clause><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HD66BE19D58E84EBA8192DFFAD57F672D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H0102D7BCD71E4364B47DD26D454D69C7" style="OLC"> <subparagraph id="H8D31A188FA5B445A9A80FABE55508480"><enum>(H)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of subparagraph (D)(iii), the Bureau shall prescribe regulations defining <quote>conspicuous and prominent location</quote>, which shall be based on consumer testing.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
