			 Federal, State, or local law enforcement agency when used for the sole
			 purpose of destroying contraband or household pharmaceuticals, and for
			 other purposes.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body id="HA761F779F5374310A849442CE5AC1636" style="OLC">
 <section id="H3839BC61C20C4D248B9D917B36CCBB00" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Efficient Drug Disposal Act of 2018</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H6B7ADFC8DE2D4E0C802EACB1CEB3C0B8" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Incineration of contraband and household pharmaceuticals by law enforcement agencies</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 129(g)(1) of the Clean Air Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/7429">42 U.S.C. 7429(g)(1)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="H077484904352453E8B474DE236F49FF6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>or (C)</quote> and inserting <quote>(C)</quote>; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="HD432C7F6EFF242D987413F5FA24D6C15"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>or (D) other categories of solid waste incinerator units referred to in section (a)(1)(E) owned and operated by a Federal, State, or local law enforcement agency when used for the sole purpose of destroying contraband or household pharmaceuticals collected by a Federal, State, or local law enforcement agency.</quote>.</text>
