		<official-title display="yes">To require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to reinstate information about
			 climate change that was removed from, or redacted on, the Agency’s
			 website, and for other purposes.</official-title>

 <section id="HBF00FB7D4FE34D68B23922B55F008C88" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Climate Change is Real Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H4E57FD6122AE402BA16D97440509CCC3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Ensuring up-to-date information about climate change and global warming on the EPA website</header> <subsection id="H077AAD42E37F4BDD8FC36FC5C4CC60D2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Reinstating removed and redacted information</header><text>Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (in this section referred to as the <quote>Administrator</quote>) shall reinstate the information about climate change that was removed from, or redacted on, the Agency’s website during the period beginning on January 20, 2017, and ending on the date of implementation of this subsection.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H6E3E6E8B2F2447C4B85C1C25B9840927"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Maintaining up-to-Date information</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Administrator shall maintain on the public website of the Environmental Protection Agency, and update regularly, information on climate change, including the following:</text>
 <paragraph id="H5D20D807F12B4AF6A2B5F87E9368CDBB"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Information acknowledging the impact of human activities on climate and the planet.</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H24D919A934104FE597EDE87A9BBC36AC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Links to materials to assist local governments, including municipalities, to prepare for rising temperatures and more severe storms and weather conditions.</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H1DB25D9A88404F51A5994DFB7FF897A6"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Detailed information and descriptions of climate change risks, including—</text> <subparagraph id="H11CC45A306F442F395A6650465C32F9B"><enum>(A)</enum><text>examples of plans to adapt to extreme weather conditions for States; and</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H94200157E67746A6BA317ADD92DCDA38"><enum>(B)</enum><text>various proposals being implemented by States to curb greenhouse gas emissions.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body> </bill>
