 <section id="H5955F2384B8548D3A29FFE3B844BA3F8" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>NICS Review Act of 2018</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H16ED0AE3AECF4592B0D5AC6C9458732F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requirement that NICS records be retained for at least 90 days</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 511 of division B of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/34/40901">34 U.S.C. 40901</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/112/55">Public Law 112–55</external-xref>; 125 Stat. 632) is amended by striking <quote>no more than 24 hours</quote> and inserting <quote>no fewer than 90 days</quote>.</text>
