<subsection id="H11E2C8CAE30A45E28232BDCDBBA9B3C7"><enum>(a)</enum><text>Section 2 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/2701">33 U.S.C. 2701</external-xref> note) is amended by—</text> <paragraph id="H4863A381739A41BAAE4E297591D8DF98"><enum>(1)</enum><text>inserting after the item relating to section 5007 the following:</text>

</subsection><subsection id="HF14BF05169344F99A8431A222C681852"><enum>(c)</enum><text>Section 1004(d)(2)(C) of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/2704">33 U.S.C. 2704(d)(2)(C)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>under this subparagraph (A)</quote> and inserting <quote>under subparagraph (A)</quote>.</text>
</subsection><subsection id="H7ED30A9A42B44C08B76BEA9F3E5C31A3"><enum>(d)</enum><text>Section 4303 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/2716a">33 U.S.C. 2716a</external-xref>) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="HE9DE7432900A41B281B1117C72C0F278"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by striking <quote>subsection (c)(2)</quote> and inserting <quote>subsection (b)(2)</quote>; and</text>
</paragraph><paragraph id="H7218508C42304B3182E0EF9F178FE215"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b), by striking <quote>this section 1016</quote> and inserting <quote>section 1016</quote>.</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H1878704A37584C1DA8F68386F231CE1A"><enum>(e)</enum><text>Section 5002(l)(2) of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/2732">33 U.S.C. 2732(l)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>General Accounting Office</quote> and inserting <quote>Government Accountability Office</quote>.</text>

<subsection id="HB4DDC8269F7E48858B466221EF3DB832"><enum>(a)</enum><text>Section 1 of the Act of June 15, 1917 (chapter 30; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/191">50 U.S.C. 191</external-xref>), is amended by striking <quote>the Secretary of the Treasury</quote> and inserting <quote>the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating</quote>.</text> </subsection><subsection id="H21013AB1E78242AA80865B7E2C91C980"><enum>(b)</enum><text>Section 5(b) of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters</quote>, approved March 23, 1906, popularly known as the Bridge Act of 1906 (chapter 1130; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/495">33 U.S.C. 495(b)</external-xref>), is amended by striking <quote>$5,000 for a violation occurring in 2004; $10,000 for a violation occurring in 2005; $15,000 for a violation occurring in 2006; $20,000 for a violation occurring in 2007; and</quote>.</text>
</subsection><subsection id="H3631822D8D75428392EBCAF3DE10CCED"><enum>(c)</enum><text>Section 5(f) of the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/1904">33 U.S.C. 1904(f)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text>
