 <subsection id="HB4DDC8269F7E48858B466221EF3DB832"><enum>(a)</enum><text>Section 1 of the Act of June 15, 1917 (chapter 30; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/191">50 U.S.C. 191</external-xref>), is amended by striking <quote>the Secretary of the Treasury</quote> and inserting <quote>the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating</quote>.</text> </subsection><subsection id="H21013AB1E78242AA80865B7E2C91C980"><enum>(b)</enum><text>Section 5(b) of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters</quote>, approved March 23, 1906, popularly known as the Bridge Act of 1906 (chapter 1130; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/495">33 U.S.C. 495(b)</external-xref>), is amended by striking <quote>$5,000 for a violation occurring in 2004; $10,000 for a violation occurring in 2005; $15,000 for a violation occurring in 2006; $20,000 for a violation occurring in 2007; and</quote>.</text>
