<section id="H9DC751F7E22349D5B762D7090D0AD3D4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act Reauthorization of 2018</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H5A0B38FAD0E1488692DEF83BE400C281"><enum>2.</enum><header>Federal land transaction facilitation act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H03E3B45139974D46B27BE062AE8BD0CB"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 203(1) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2302">43 U.S.C. 2302(1)</external-xref>), by striking <quote>cultural, or</quote> and inserting <quote>cultural, recreational access and use, or other</quote>;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HF43B244CED734929A8F28BA0C44EFAE4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 203(2) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2302">43 U.S.C. 2302(2)</external-xref>)—</text> 
<subparagraph id="HADCC4247247A4BD0B42F5BC8F0D906BC"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>on the date of enactment of this Act was</quote> and inserting <quote>is</quote>;</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H31AD62662AE84E9483477B1C1275D4FE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking <quote>area, or</quote> and inserting <quote>area,</quote>;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HA5FA31E140274722887F9E7E9DFFA461"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by inserting after <quote>natural area,</quote> the following: <quote>priority species and habitats designated in a land use plan in accordance with subpart E (entitled <quote>Fish and Wildlife</quote>) of part I of Appendix C of Bureau of Land Management Land Use Planning Handbook H–1601–1 (Rel 1–1693), or a special recreation management area,</quote>; and</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H00DF902213B74238A8D453A7393542C2"><enum>(D)</enum><text>by amending subparagraph (D) to read as follows:</text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="H6E54FAEC68554BBF81FD8F1733F37E8F" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<subparagraph id="H4458BCCA0CCA4B7FB205659D6B8142DC"><enum>(D)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a National Forest or National Grassland in the National Forest System;</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph></paragraph> <paragraph id="HA789E0BA7761472AA71C9D8170934FE5"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in section 205 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2304">43 U.S.C. 2304</external-xref>)—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H903DB2BFD87E47B99B8294A2EE157A3E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by striking <quote>section 206</quote> and all that follows through the period and inserting the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H88147D3030944BD9962C4F4B4B574F90" style="OLC"><text>section 206—</text> 
<paragraph id="H2BD3C2C4D8744778B7BFFEFB291E0456"><enum>(1)</enum><text>to complete appraisals and satisfy other legal requirements for the sale or exchange of public land identified for disposal under approved land use plans under section 202 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/1712">43 U.S.C. 1712</external-xref>);</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HF344B0092EE54D36BEB73B73A4A6D428"><enum>(2)</enum><text>not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act Reauthorization of 2018, to establish and make available to the public, on the website of the Department of the Interior, a database containing a comprehensive list of all the land referred to in paragraph (1); and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H427AEE11D1184AD58EC9B7338E2824A3"><enum>(3)</enum><text>to maintain the database referred to in paragraph (2).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="HDF2FAB5F9F4D452893B41934E214E0FD"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking subsection (d);</text></subparagraph></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H3E602EB4CF07406C9F5A929BA42E5F26"><enum>(4)</enum><text>in section 206(c)(2) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2305">43 U.S.C. 2305(c)(2)</external-xref>), by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block id="H4B4A8CD1562A4A908ED4ABFCF9A503A6" style="OLC"> <subparagraph id="H2A66C1BDB704425285FB5A28D9A8656E"><enum>(E)</enum><text>Any funds made available under subparagraph (D) that are not obligated or expended by the end of the fourth full fiscal year after the date of the sale or exchange of land that generated the funds may be expended in any State.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HDFDF54017E364266908013B789EB065A"><enum>(5)</enum><text>in section 206(c)(3) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2305">43 U.S.C. 2305(c)(3)</external-xref>)—</text> <subparagraph id="HA3DE608DA1BB497FAA942413538BA731"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following:</text>

<subparagraph id="H1C1EA98AFCD14254BA47274F93635B2D"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the extent to which the acquisition of the land or interest therein will increase the public availability of resources for, and facilitate public access to, hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities;</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H045FF4BACC5D476696FE9C0D5973E96A"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) as subparagraphs (C), (D), and (E);</text></subparagraph></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H1465A9213C8E4F02A124910A2B470902"><enum>(6)</enum><text>by striking section 206(f) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2305">43 U.S.C. 2305(f)</external-xref>); and</text> </paragraph> <paragraph id="H438168FC8391401592473AC46211B646"><enum>(7)</enum><text>in section 207(b) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2306">43 U.S.C. 2306(b)</external-xref>)—</text>
