			 Federal contractors, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="HA9F488F5E29547E384A4628E0655CA1F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Federal Contractor Anti-Harassment Training Act of 2018</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HDA135ADAA8CF4F2AACE310E332C115E1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Sexual harassment training for employees of Federal contractors</header> <subsection id="H72085BB7812747BB9B586F4E9A5A9515"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Sexual harassment training for employees of Federal contractors</header> <paragraph id="H180423DACA4E43B2B49BAC181E2A765E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/41/63">Chapter 63</external-xref> of title 41, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFEB7611F80B1460EB35BFE24436A3000" style="USC">
						<section id="H6B2916F1D06849848B688F91FC0717F0"><enum>6310.</enum><header>Sexual harassment training for employees of Federal contractors</header>
 <subsection id="H9ED9F522BA944C95B3DD6B2097EEA12E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">As a condition for the award of a contract, the head of an executive agency shall—</text> <paragraph id="H3B3A3740521B4AB998D39073765F448B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>require a contractor—</text>
 <subparagraph id="HFD910AD79A6B4B68A9D4260F907CDC60"><enum>(A)</enum><text>to provide mandatory sexual harassment training—</text> <clause id="H1D70816F337249119B9767102329E66B"><enum>(i)</enum><text>to each employee of the contractor on a biennial basis; and</text>
 </clause><clause id="H093C03DE9AB24AAFA54851C7615F27B5"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>to each employee hired by the contractor on or after the date of the award of the contract not later than 90 days after such date and on a biennial basis thereafter; and</text>
 </clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H0278212F1B1E48CAAB314B7BBFEF6B1A"><enum>(B)</enum><text>to ensure that any subcontractor of the contractor provides mandatory sexual harassment training to the employees of the subcontractor, in accordance with the requirements described in subparagraph (A); and</text>
 </subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HF2F8B89168834F9ABE3AE740565D187E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>allow such contractor, and any subcontractor of such contractor, to use the sexual harassment training materials and resources of the executive agency in providing such mandatory sexual harassment training.</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H7AE8112C64724002A45E8D858160B12D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Executive agency defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <quote>executive agency</quote> has the meaning given that term in section 102 of title 40.</text> </subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph><paragraph id="HEDD33AFD6CB0477A89841F746534E4D2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by adding at the end the following new item:</text>

 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H987FC97DD6FD410ABF655B51AF7E6D17"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a)(1) shall apply with respect to contracts awarded on or after the date that is 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
