		<section id="HE5A9B2BF24224043A22FCDE9722C9A80" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Special resource study of James Weldon Johnson birthplace</header>
 <subsection id="HAF0FFF8A77674FECA450541BD0C75A1A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Study</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior shall conduct a special resource study to determine the suitability and feasibility of establishing the birthplace of James Weldon Johnson located at Adams &amp; Lee Street in Jacksonville, Florida, as a unit of the National Park System.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="HE51605CAEAEC4958B728D7EBD972FB4F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Study requirements</header><text>The Secretary shall conduct the study in accordance with section 100507 of title 54, United States Code.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="HDB3760DA93EB4C3F8207B11D6E17F214"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not later than 3 years after the date on which funds are made available to carry out this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a report that describes—</text>
 <paragraph id="H673B4687897B4138A0F98CC553557DC9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the results of the study; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H76D128E417E34F36AFA9E3EA74F27674"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any recommendations of the Secretary.</text>
