			 section 529 education savings accounts.</official-title></form>

 <section id="HC4E20BEBBB19499F993FAA205487A576" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Investing for Tomorrow Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HD5412A2B0DF342B489A993F686E87775"><enum>2.</enum><header>Unborn children permitted to be account beneficiaries of section 529 education savings accounts</header> <subsection id="H07EDD78A21F6439BB3E641859A7FF626"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/529">Section 529(e)</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H36965763DA9A47BCAE270384CC6D380B" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HC9271E1438724D1B9109143901ADF19B"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Treatment of unborn children</header>
 <subparagraph id="H33E9CB27B7C84CBCAA5FB759DB7F151F"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Nothing shall prevent an unborn child from being treated as a designated beneficiary or an individual under this section.</text>
 </subparagraph><subparagraph id="HDC677C0B6E4442039B5A770FFEEE06F7"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Unborn child</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of this paragraph—</text> <clause id="HB8A5F0EAD9FA4BA8BC0DEE4B86C62C02"><enum>(i)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The term <quote>unborn child</quote> means a child in utero.</text>
 </clause><clause id="H7C307B3E618F437598EBFE7AC8E94F2A"><enum>(ii)</enum><header>Child in utero</header><text>The term <quote>child in utero</quote> means a member of the species homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb.</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subsection><subsection id="H0642D652D33B4F138517DD5E85B0A5D3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to contributions made after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
