 <section id="H00153EA63BE543F9A39E163EEFE30CD5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Gateway Arch National Park Designation Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H5DFB6A7B99E54859B81B1B724B77D3D5"><enum>2.</enum><header>Designation of Gateway Arch National Park</header> <subsection id="HF12002F415FF4302905FCBE75B40C8B7"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Redesignation</header><text>The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial established under the Act of May 17, 1954 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/450jj">16 U.S.C. 450jj</external-xref> et seq.), shall be known and designated as the <quote>Gateway Arch National Park</quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H4E3D8F78E4F9414EA34965D4A04BCD45"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial shall be considered to be a reference to the <quote>Gateway Arch National Park</quote>.</text>
