 <section id="H99EC4344A2AC4B8FB0B3023C6FE1C110" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Credit Union Residential Loan Parity Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H49CFD975DE834A3B89DCDCAF54D7CA06"><enum>2.</enum><header>Treatment of a non-owner occupied 1- to 4-family dwelling</header> <subsection id="H164F5B944A9749998E860DFFC7E6082F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Removal from member business loan limitation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 107A(c)(1)(B)(i) of the Federal Credit Union Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/1757a">12 U.S.C. 1757a(c)(1)(B)(i)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>that is the primary residence of a member</quote>.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H3A386983940F4B3FAF338852DA00804D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Rule of construction</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this Act or the amendment made by this Act shall preclude the National Credit Union Administration from treating an extension of credit that is fully secured by a lien on a 1- to 4-family dwelling that is not the primary residence of a member as a member business loan for purposes other than the member business loan limitation requirements under section 107A of the Federal Credit Union Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/1757a">12 U.S.C. 1757a</external-xref>).</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
