		<official-title>To require the President to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and to make that
			 Agreement ineligible for expedited consideration by Congress.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Withdrawal from Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement</header>
 <subsection id="idc402fc51406e47fd82aed6d851fb3325"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Notification of withdrawal</header><text>On the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall provide to the Governments of Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam, written notice of withdrawal of the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement in accordance with Article 30.6 of that Agreement.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="idd102fc184f7c43ee8f3c75d7a37ee475"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement defined</header><text>In this section, the term <term>Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement</term> means the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement signed on February 4, 2016, by the United States, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam.</text>
 </subsection></section><section id="idA5E4D58872364784A97F2E679C047DD9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Ineligibility of Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement for expedited consideration by Congress</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 107 of the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/4206">19 U.S.C. 4206</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="id6F7254633FA34AFE8F10345DDFFF272A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by striking paragraph (2) and by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), and (5) as paragraphs (2), (3), and (4), respectively; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id47797AEA7ADC49AB9963B866E135D3F3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3B1A620162014957A6D4194C73F73113" style="OLC"> <subsection id="id126AC20BFAEE4E96B1F1A870CFECD496"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Ineligibility of Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement for trade authorities procedures</header><text>The trade authorities procedures shall not apply to an implementing bill submitted with respect to a trade agreement with the Trans-Pacific Partnership countries.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body>
