		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue the final rules relating to the listing of the
			 gray wolf in the Western Great Lakes and the State of Wyoming under the
			 Endangered Species Act of 1973.</official-title>

		<section id="idB505D2E47262496A8D49270C0BDFB397" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reissuance of final rules relating to gray wolves in the Western Great Lakes and the State of
			 Wyoming</header>
 <subsection id="id1AEA8AFF68544302B207A05B874B325F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall reissue—</text>
 <paragraph id="idFF65F2381DDC4B248D0357582F0EBEB0"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the final rule entitled <quote>Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revising the Listing of the Gray Wolf (Canis lupus) in the Western Great Lakes</quote> (76 Fed. Reg. 81666 (December 28, 2011)); and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id704840857CE64211935E24AD8B57A19A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the final rule entitled <quote>Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Gray Wolf in Wyoming From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Removal of the Wyoming Wolf Population's Status as an Experimental Population</quote> (77 Fed. Reg. 55530 (September 10, 2012)).</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id7D51DD305F2345C7870302330684D112"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No judicial review</header><text>The reissuance of the final rules described in subsection (a) shall not be subject to judicial review.</text>
