 <section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Klamath Tribe Judgment Fund Repeal Act </short-title></quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="idAAF3243350154913BEC2135BBCFD1A90"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Public Law 89–224 (commonly know as the <quote>Klamath Tribe Judgment Fund Act</quote>) (79 Stat. 897) is repealed.</text> </section><section changed="added" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7FB43164E8F64534B00D5C6EF2EEFD09" reported-display-style="italic" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Disbursement of remaining funds</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any provision of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/89/224">Public Law 89–224</external-xref> (79 Stat. 897) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) relating to the distribution or use of funds, as soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall disburse to the Klamath Tribe the balance of any funds that, on or before the date of enactment of this Act, were appropriated or deposited into the trust accounts for remaining legal fees and administration and per capita trust accounts, as identified by the Secretary of the Interior, under that Act (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act).</text></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>December 5, 2017</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
