<section id="H7BDA3C29DD424DDDA98EEAFFA2537A62" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"> This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Postal Employee Appeal Rights Amendments Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HD7BF9DB957DA4A45A04450EB77780E59"><enum>2.</enum><header>Right of appeal to Merit Systems Protection Board</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1005(a)(4)(A)(ii)(I) of title 39, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:</text>

<subclause id="HABF27D36115F43D6BE6BCC450FC38DD7"><enum>(I)</enum><text>is an officer or employee of the Postal Service who—</text> <item id="H22B9F130A1EF47D49740579B8B92C78F"><enum>(aa)</enum><text>is not represented by a bargaining representative recognized under section 1203; and</text></item>
<item id="HFD71E85C7EB24BC6A542AAA23EDD8959"><enum>(bb)</enum><text>is in a supervisory, professional, technical, clerical, administrative, or managerial position covered by the Executive and Administrative Schedule; and</text></item></subclause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> </legis-body></bill>
