			 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To provide that Executive Order 13768 (82 Fed. Reg. 8799; entitled <quote>Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States</quote>), shall have no force or effect, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to enforce the Executive
			 Order, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="HBE1F3CC0C5244F88957074786E483B2E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Community Trust Act of 2017</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H98E2C6FC6F214E6EAB74600E9FA7EB73"><enum>2.</enum><header>Executive Order to have no force or effect</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Beginning on January 25, 2017, Executive Order 13768 (82 Fed. Reg. 8799; entitled <quote>Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States</quote>), is null and void, shall have no force or effect, and may not be implemented, administered, enforced, or carried out.</text>
 </section><section id="H7385CF7F3673426D8FCAD8DBFC2E320F"><enum>3.</enum><header>No funds available</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">No Federal funds (including fees) made available for any fiscal year, may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out (including through the issuance of any regulations) any of the policy changes set forth in Executive Order 13768 (82 Fed. Reg. 8799; entitled <quote>Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States</quote>).</text>
