			 establishment LGBTQ resource centers.</official-title></form>

 <section id="HCA9C3A37998841DAA1C5DAF634397DB1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Inclusive Campuses Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HE9CDF992E0604D878ECDB848E98C122C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Grants for LGBTQ resource centers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Part G of title III of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1068">20 U.S.C. 1068</external-xref> et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H98C2E9F0DFBB429886065641B70C5559" style="OLC">
 <section id="H15C357E2C4074A049D1FEAF768A6682C"><enum>399A.</enum><header>Availability of funds for LGBTQ resource centers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, an institution that receives funds under this title may use a portion of such funds to establish an on-campus resource center that provides—</text>
 <paragraph id="H395582A25669450DAE40202766C665EE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans­gen­der, and queer students; and</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H2F30F8B0E4C5430FB2D4423422C4C4A5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>programming and education about such students to the entire campus community.</text></paragraph></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
