Repeal of coal and mine safety disclosure requirements

(a)

In general

Section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 78m–2) is hereby repealed. (b)

Clerical amendment

The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) is amended by striking the item relating to section 1503.
