			 to enroll the employees of such offices every two years in the program
			 carried out by the Office of Compliance to train employees in the
			 protections against sexual harassment provided under the Act, and for
			 other purposes.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body id="H602483B4241E42618021218F41395FAB" style="OLC">
 <section id="HC0AF8424833D47848D93487416A4A980" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Congressional Sexual Harassment Training Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H5DAF22E21D5F406CADFC5FACB6062FD1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requiring employing offices under Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to enroll employees in Office of Compliance programs on sexual harassment</header> <subsection id="H0038DF12921542FCAE740458529ACE0D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Mandatory enrollment in programs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Part E of title II of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/1361">2 U.S.C. 1361</external-xref> et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section:</text>

					<section id="HEF2B34C9948C497F892E219DD6D0614C"><enum>226.</enum><header>Mandatory enrollment of employees in Office of Compliance programs on sexual harassment</header>
 <subsection id="H53F283E5425C41EB9425BE81FD1E96FB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Biennial training for employees of employing offices</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Each employing office shall ensure that each covered employee of the employing office enrolls every two years in the program of education carried out by the Office of Compliance under section 301(h) to inform covered employees of the rights provided under this Act against sexual harassment.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="HB2B35E2264C24C9E975A360AA502BF78"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Additional initial training</header><text>In addition to the biennial enrollment required under subsection (a), each employing office shall ensure that each covered employee of the employing office enrolls in the program described in subsection (a) not later than—</text>
 <paragraph id="HD39F006F00D24F02A0AB0F62B60DB003"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the case of a covered employee who is a covered employee of the employing office as of the date of the enactment of this section, 90 days after such date; or</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H25AE6AC2120C4BD0A0C3CAA0A07D72CC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in the case of a covered employee who first becomes a covered employee of the employing office after the date of the enactment of this section, 60 days after first becoming a covered employee of the employing office.</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF38A73D38C014E65901589C6FB140505"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Exclusion of applicants and former employees</header><text>In this section, the term <term>covered employee</term> with respect to an employing office does not include an applicant for employment or a former employee.</text></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subsection><subsection id="H734EC5535D174743A5BBBE9B1A8FE7A6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text>The table of contents of such Act is amended by adding at the end of the items relating to part E of title II the following new item:</text>
